Dinner with Twits

The Twits complained about dinner tonight. A salad of delicately sliced fennel, diced roasted beets, broken toasted walnuts and crumbled fresh chèvre tossed with a tart dill-mustard vinaigrette, served with a side of just-picked pod peas and made-today Seedy Crackers. Oh, well. More for me. Crackers and Parsley-Pumpkin Pesto recipes posted tomorrow.
